If there is a jammed bill inside the bill acceptor of your Roommatik check-in kiosk, follow the steps shown in the video to remove it.
After completing the process, test the equipment from the administration panel (https://helpdesk.roommatik.com/scp/faq.php?id=54) to make sure it is functioning properly.
