To empty the discarded cards compartment in the Roommatik XS-200 dispenser, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the side panel: Locate the side panel of the dispenser and open it to access the compartment.
2. Remove the tray: Carefully pull out the tray from the dispenser.
3. Empty the tray: Dispose of the discarded cards from the tray. A discarded card is one that the dispenser cannot encode for any reason, such as a damaged or incorrectly positioned card.
4. Reinsert the tray: Place the empty tray back into the dispenser.
5. Close the side panel: Once the tray is back in place, close the side panel of the dispenser.

Regularly emptying the discarded cards compartment is important. When the tray is full and the dispenser needs to send a card there, it will stop working until the tray is emptied.
