No communication with lock software Check: 
  • That the lock service or software is running. If it is, try restarting it.
  • That the IP address and port of the lock server are the same as those configured in the kiosk.
  • That the Windows firewall has not been activated on the lock server.
  • That the data network is functioning correctly.

If the problem persists, consult with the network manager and the electronic lock technical service.

-322 Error authenticating with lock software Check that the configuration has not been modified in the lock software and that no license has expired. If the problem persists, contact the electronic lock technical service.
-323 Door does not exist or is not properly configured An attempt is being made to record a card for a door that does not exist. Contact us to check if it is misconfigured in the kiosk.
-324Expiration date is prior to current date.Cards with expiration dates prior to the current date cannot be recorded. Check the data, if everything is correct, contact us.
-325Function not available.The function that is intended to be executed is not available. Contact us, it is possible that the integration is not configured correctly.
