On this platform, you will find all the information about your Roommatik products. If you have any questions or issues, we offer a knowledge base so you can find a solution yourself without having to wait for technical support. If the issue persists and you have a technical support contract with us, you can contact us in three different ways:

Via chat. At the bottom of this page, without entering a username and password, you can start a chat with our support technicians. If you do not receive an immediate response, a ticket will be automatically created and answered as soon as possible.

By sending an email to support@roommatik.com. A ticket will be automatically created and answered as soon as possible.

Creating a ticket. Log in and fill in the fields. A technician will respond to your message as soon as possible and will call you if necessary.

It is important that you always provide us with your installation code (e.g., KR201111) when contacting us. You can find this code after logging in, next to your username. If you cannot find it, please request it by providing your hotel name.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (CET), excluding weekends and public holidays.

The public holidays in 2025 are: January 1 and 6, March 3, 4, and 28, April 17 and 18, May 1 and 2, July 25, August 15, December 8, 24, 25, and 31.

In case of an urgent issue between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM, you can leave an SMS or WhatsApp message at +34 615285209, indicating your installation code and a brief description of the urgent issue. Our on-call technicians will contact you within a maximum of two hours, provided that there is explicit confirmation of the contracted service.
